My definition of flooding?
Publishing every tumblr ask that you receive.
Even if it is as simple as “Hi!” You can go to the person’s blog and tumblr ask him “hello” if you like. Also, flooding is when people make their blogs into Yahoo Messenger or Facebook Chat. They keep on having a conversation with one person and then publishing everything. Ghawd. That was what yahoo messenger and other chat programs were invented for. If you really want to answer all your tumblr asks, why not do them by bunch? Also, sometimes it’s really quite noticeable that people tumblr ask themselves with anon questions just to say something or answer with a cool GIF they’ve found or create an issue to gain popularity.
OTHER REASONS
VANITY
When people post pictures of themselves too much. For example your blog should be about food and then suddenly there were 15 consecutive pictures of yourself. Topic? None. Just plain vanity.
UNRELATED POSTS
This is somewhat related to vanity. What I mean by unrelated posts is that when you say that your blog is all about fashion and then suddenly you posted too much typos or whatever.
TOO MUCH ISSUES/ HATE
I also unfollow people when they are mean to one person. Or when they are just plain mean. I also unfollow when there’s this huge issue and suddenly everyone’s reacting. I really don’t want to read so much hate or you bitching out about other people. I don’t like mean people and I don’t like bitches more..
